The legal person between the obligations of judicial oversight and the measures imposed on him in the Code of Criminal Procedure
Abstract
Given the nature of the legal person and the suitability of the investigation procedures to this nature, and to enable the investigating judge to conduct his investigation in the best possible way, the Algerian legislator assigned him some procedural measures that are compatible with his nature. These are the measures that he did not include in the legal obligations related to judicial oversight mentioned in the provisions of Article (125 bis 1 of the Code), even though they do not differ much from each other, and therefore the possibility of including the first with the second seems to us to exist without any shapes.
