Hybrid learning is an innovative educational method that grants training where face-to-face and distance education are combined simultaneously. This mode of learning has been adopted by most universities around the world, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research paper aims to evaluate the Algerian University experience in applying the hybrid learning model and to see whether this new mode is a necessity to keep pace with the current technological development. or it is just imposed by the Corona pandemic, and it will fade with its demise? Fieldwork was adopted at the University of Belhadj Bouchaib in Ain Temouchent, to find out the conditions and challenges faced during the application of hybrid learning, and so to provide some necessary recommendations.
