Abstract

Teacher training at the Ecole Normale Supérieure is part of a dual aim of professionalization and university scientific training. However, it is necessary for the training to take into account important specificities, such as the epistemology of the knowledge taught, the age of the normaliens students, or the socio-historico-cultural context in which the teaching processes are organized and learning. If disciplinary didactics which refers to specific contents has experienced a certain development in Algeria, the resulting professional didactics of teachers and the role of the human sciences in training seem to remain questions that are still little explored. Thus, it seems important to us to take an interest in professional university teaching, particularly in the fields of psychology. How can specialists in a university discipline train teachers based on their reference knowledge and transform this into relevant tools for future teachers?
