The Role of the Pedagogical Treatment Strategy in Reducing the Phenomenon of Academic Delay in Mathematics among Primary School Students: A Field Study in the Elementary Schools of Setif

Abstract

The present study aims to identify the role of the pedagogical remediation strategy in ‎the reduction of the phenomenon of academic delay in mathematics among primary ‎school students from the teachers' point of view. The descriptive analytical approach was ‎used on a sample of one hundred and twenty five primary school teachers. The two ‎researchers designed a questionnaire of 20 items divided into two axes, namely: To what ‎degree, according to the teachers, does the pedagogical remediation strategy participate in ‎the treatment of learning difficulties in mathematics in students of primary school at the ‎psychological and social level?‎
