The Linguistic Indicators of the Argumentative Text

Abstract

This article deals with the linguistic indicators of the argumentative text in the Arabic language book, first year of secondary school, science and technology. It included the following axes: the concept of the text, the concept of the argumentative text, the linguistic indicators of the argumentative texts in the Arabic language book, first year of secondary school, science and technology. What we seek through this article is to answer a set of questions, the most important of which involve: What are the indicators that are often employed in the argumentative texts? How do these indicators achieve the argumentativeness of the text? Do the argumentative texts prescribed in the textbook for secondary education achieve the argumentative function or not?
