Abstract

Assessment, which usually has the function of measuring the levels of mastery of what one has been taught, is now required to measure the levels of development of what one has been brought up on. Sensitive to concerns of meaning and fairness, research is increasingly focusing on fundamental issues related to the educational procedures in terms of their contribution to the positive development of the person.
