The relationships that didactics and pedagogy maintain are far from being an object of consensus. Between opposition and complementarity of the two disciplines, the debate is never closed. The present praxeological study goes beyond this classic debate to analyze how these two disciplines interact in practice through the analysis of their contributions to the skills of teaching. From this analysis, it turned out that didactics and pedagogy are both opposed and complementary; that is to say, they are ago-antagonists. Despite their contributions to teaching / learning, pedagogy is more useful in a learner-centered perspective.
