Abstract

The hagiographical narrative of an edifying intention, concerning a saint, that is, a given human being as historically real and as highly virtuous.

The author of the hagiographic narrative inscribes the historical event "the invasion of Tlemcen during the Zianid era" through the intervention of the Wali in the event on the Axialism of the Wilaya to defend the city, prevent invasion and all its consequences, and the social efficiency and dignity of the Wali. In this perspective, hagiographical discourse played an important role in discovering the historical aspects of the social event.
