Terminological control of the mechanisms for announcing investigation orders in the Algerian Code of Criminal Procedure

Abstract

No law is perfect ; it is also the case of the Algerian Code of Criminal Procedure, in which there are many deficiencies and inadequacies, notably concerning mechanisms of notification in criminal matters in general, and judicial orders particularly, in the regulations regulating notification in the latter case, in particular those in Arabic. The legislator does not clearly and unambiguously distinguish between these different mechanisms such as: communication, opinion, and meaning.
