Abstract

The goal of reforming the educational system is directed towards renewing the didactics of educational materials, to improve educational performance based primarily on creating new pedagogical and didactic approaches. In these educational approaches, we see a development through tested learning models to build teaching curricula in order to adapt the Algerian school to the needs of the times. Among the educational curricula and organizations qualified to raise educational action towards educational improvement and improvement, we propose in this article the “Didactic Contract,” which was founded by “Key Brousseau” and is linked to the “Didactic Triangle.” Since philosophy is a subject similar to other subjects, it has benefited from these educational methods that determine the responsibility of the three poles of the didactic triangle by controlling the rights and duties of the learners towards their teacher, and the rights and duties of the teacher towards his students within the framework of mutual communication between the learner and the teacher.
