Abstract

This study is based more on field experience in teaching Arabic rhetoric at the university, over many years, in addition to using some field and theoretical studies that dealt with this topic. After referring to the concept, talking about the conditions of emergence, and defining the goals, this study attempts to investigate and trace the problems that obstruct the rhetorical lesson and its teaching - especially at the university level - for which a group of parties who participated in this bear responsibility, distributed among: the rhetorical material itself, The teacher conducting the teaching process, the student receiving the scientific material, and the teaching and evaluation methods, focusing on their most important elements, ultimately arriving at proposing a set of solutions and proposals.
