Abstract

The study aims to explore the reality of scientific research quality in Algerian universities, identifying structural, organizational, and human challenges impeding it.

It adopts a descriptive-analytical methodology to conceptualize terms, define standards, analyze obstacles, and propose future prospects.

Central questions address: What constitutes scientific research quality and its criteria? What barriers confront Algerian universities? What efforts have been made to enhance it?
