The performance of speech acts in the poetic discourse of Qatari Ibn Al-Fuja'ah

This article seeks to study the performative acts of speech in the poetic discourse of Qatari Ibn Al-Fuja'ah , according to Searle's classification.
In our approach, we have resorted to pragmatic linguistics to reveal the poet's intentions and communicate his communicative purposes, which contributed to conveying his voice and expressing his various issues. At the end of the article, we conclude by identifying the most important speech acts that contributed to guiding the recipient and manifesting interaction, as well as the performative powers of the acts employed by the poet, which contributed to creating an impact and helped to persuade the addressee, revealing the poet's ability to influence and convey his energy.
