The Interaction between Modern Linguistic Theory and Other Scientific Disciplines

Abstract

This study attempts to highlight the extent of the openness of linguistics to other disciplines while stressing the significance of their interdisciplinary links. The centers  reach regarding such an issue as the impact of psychology, sociology, and the likes on the theory of linguistics, which is the core of this research. To reach our goal, we tried to answer these questions: To what extent does modern linguistic theory interact with other scientific disciplines? What is the relationship between linguistics and other sciences?
