Abstract

Ancient Arabic poetry texts are considered artistic phenomena that have deeply influenced the sensibilities of Arab recipients, given their aesthetic and linguistic significance and their connection to Arab cultural identity. They are intricately linked to linguistic, religious, and cultural heritage, playing a crucial role in reinforcing the

Arabic language, second only to the Quran and Hadith. These texts actively contribute to preserving and enriching the language, shaping the learner in various stages,  assisting in improving language proficiency, and enhancing expressive skills. This study aims to focus on the role of ancient Arabic poetry texts in reinforcing the Arabic language and developing expression skills for learners, particularly in universitylevel education, with a special emphasis on early stages. Drawing from teaching experience with these texts, we seek to present insights that can assist interested individuals in leveraging such texts to achieve these objectives. Consequently, the study aims to elevate linguistic attainment and language.
