Abstract

This paper examines the peculiarity of the place in the novel “Who Killed Asaad Al Muroori,” which is written by Habib Al-Sayeh, by working on its structure and its connotations of influence and impact, especially between personality and place, as well as studying the characteristics of the place in the novel to reveal its relationship and its political, social and intellectual dimensions because the place is a vital component in the formation of the fictional work by overcoming the geographical dimension, and by passing the traditional physical vision that considers it a framework for events and a space for the movement of characters to a new vision that it takes as one of the interrogation methods of the unsaid.
