Orientation of guidance and vocational guidance advisers towards in-service training programmes and their main proposals for their development.

Abstract

The current study aims to identify the nature of the trends of guidance consultants towards training programs during service and their suggestions for development, and to achieve the objectives of the study was based on the descriptive approach and this is to suit the nature of the study and the sample consisted of (104) consultants and consultants, and the study found that the general trend of guidance consultants towards training programs during the service was positive, and in light of the results recommended the need to show seriousness from a party to training program planners in exploiting the positive trend of guidance consultants towards training during the service by providing  Physical incentives for them.
