Determinants of professional satisfaction among the Algerian worker
Abstract
Specialists in the field of organizational psychology consider the concept of professional satisfaction as one of the most ambiguous concepts due to the difficulty of limiting its scope as it is closely related to other psychological concepts such as Morale, Motivation, Attitude, Job involvement This article deals with the concept of professional satisfaction of the Algerian worker through two practical case studies in two national companies, the first a productive and the second an educational one.
