Language Teaching for People with Special Competencies with Modern Technologies

Abstract

The category of people with special competencies is an integral part of our society.  Therefore, facing the problems that this group suffers from falls on the shoulder of the individual and the group in any society,  and  we must strive to establish programs that help this group to recover the maximum of their abilities that were absent from them; we must  support them in reducing negative consumption, on the one hand, so that this category  will not ne a burden on society,  and, on the other hand, every individual, as a civilized person, is entrusted to seek to serve his community, and therefore, a person with a disability must be a productive and active element in society.  To achieve this purpose and integrate this group in their societies, recent alternative processes for educating these people were  developed  by subjecting them to training programs where  they acquire skills equivalent to those of ordinary individuals and be able to keep up with other bypassing all the constraints and pressure that were an obstacle because of their health status.
