Environmental education in the Algerian school textbook

Abstract

The environmental problems that modern man has found himself in as a result of industrial development and the search for luxury have made environmental education one of the solutions that it is necessary to pay attention to and strengthen in order to avoid exacerbating the current ecological problems. Seminars and conferences (the Earth Conference) are not sufficient to reduce the dangers of pollution, for example, if the school and the child are not the primary target of awareness. With this paper, we try to find out the extent of the Algerian textbook’s interest in environmental education in primary education.
