The culture of the Algerian institution

Abstract

The theme of organizational culture has been taken up in recent times by strategists and thinkers of strategic administration, and human resources management as well as organizational sociology, because of its importance to success, and the prosperity of the organization in this world which has seen a lot of transformation for the organization.

 Whoever has an adaptive and strong culture will allow its numbers to be strict and creative and associative, the outcome of decisions, this performance will allow the organization to achieve its goals.

And the Algerian company has its own cultural identity which is the fruit of society.
