The Algerian Narrative Semiotics Reception in the Arab Contemporary Criticism Texts

Abstract

This paper that is classified as a critique of criticism seeks to monitor the interaction of contemporary Arab criticism towards the Algerian criticism achievements in narrative semiotics. Based on a three-book blog, the study aims to locate the Algerian semiotic criticism within the contemporary Arab criticism path. To reach this target, we relied on what was written by the Arab critics about the Algerian critical work in the field of narrative semiotics both the theoretical and the practical one. Our focus was on the observations they have made and the elements they have highlighted in their readings.
