Abstract

Evaluation is a school task like any other, but it is never a trivial exercise, it takes place at a relevant moment in the life of the program (and even of the learner) and responds to a real need for knowledge. with a view to making a decision. If it is at the beginning, in the middle and at the end of training (of a sequence or learning session) it is because it is the driving force behind all change and has multiple functions.

Secondary school French correctors (evaluators) would be criticized for marking too harshly and thus being partly responsible for the rarity of mentions and even the failure of baccalaureate candidates.

Through this work we try to take a look at the evaluation of the student in the French baccalaureate test and therefore diagnose the strong and weak points (flaws) of this type of evaluation.

See if the French test really measures what it should measure? See if this evaluation tool really meets the required criteria? If it really determines the student’s real level?
