Abstract
The issue of values occupies an important position in life and thought systems.Values exert an influence on the humanbeing cogitive and behavidual decisions.With these values the being is seen as an individual within a family,a citizen within a nation ,and a member within a human society.
His perfection depends on the perfection of the whole to whith he belongs.While at the same time preserving his individuality and personal independence.This article deals with these issues by investigating the manner by whith values are constructed and firmly established in the child culture through school manuals.It also poses the question of whether these values in their quantitative shape are sufficient to constuct a culturally well balancsd human being or not.
