Une approche systématique : une solution pour l’enseignement supérieur algérien

Résumé

Depuis l'accession à l'indépendance de l'Algérie (1962) et plus particulièrement depuis la réforme de l'enseignement supérieur de 1971, différents plans annuels nationaux, commissions et études nationales se sont penchés sur le développement de l'enseignement à ce niveau. Même si tous ont démontré qu’il y a eu ensuite une croissance (en nombre) à ce niveau, la plupart d’entre eux ont proposé des modèles de croissance sous forme de projections et d’estimations statistiques pour les années 2000. Mais jusqu'à présent, aucune tentative n'a été faite pour réviser les faiblesses et les déficiences du système de manière rationnelle, ni pour introduire une vue d'ensemble globale qui pourrait aider le gouvernement et les dirigeants de l'enseignement supérieur à poursuivre des objectifs d'enseignement supérieur.
